Deleting all files (Formatting)

Caution

• Formatting deletes all of the files in this unit.

• Once formatted, the memory cannot be restored to the previous

condition.

Enter stop mode

Press [7 /BACK].

Enter MENU mode

Press [MENU].

Select the common setting and then the formatting operation

Press [5]/[∞] to select “Common setting” and press [£/8].

Press [5]/[∞] to select “Format” and press [£/8].

Select either Internal memory or SD card

Press [5]/[∞] to select “Internal memory“ or “SD card” and press

[£/8].

When the confirmation message is displayed, press [5]/[∞] to select

“Yes” and press [£/8].

■ Press [7/BACK] to return to the previous screen page.

Exit MENU mode

Press [MENU].
